For maintenance, adjustment, performance problems, spare parts fitting or operator retraining on an installed machine. If a machine has stopped your production line, use the breakdown request instead.

  It is on the machine nameplate, and lets the engineer pull the build record, drawings and spare parts list before calling you.

  Requests from Bangladesh go to the service team in Dhaka; requests from other countries go to the team in Kolkata.

  Many faults can be traced by phone or video with your maintenance team before a site visit is scheduled.

• Records for your files

  Each visit ends with a service report you can file against the machine maintenance log.
