Working Principle The Vibro Sifter operates on the principle of gyratory vibrations generated by specially designed vibratory motors mounted vertically on the machine. The material fed into the top inlet moves across the screening mesh in multiple planes due to vibration, enabling efficient separation based on particle size.
Oversized particles remain on the mesh surface, while finer particles pass through the screen and are discharged separately. Multiple deck arrangements allow simultaneous grading into different particle sizes in a single operation.
