Robotic nest-based pre-filled syringe (PFS) filling and vacuum stoppering line operating inside a Grade A closed RABS isolator.
Up to 60 syringes/minute (3,600 syringes/hour in 100-nest or 160-nest formats)
The APS-60 Pre-Filled Syringe Line is engineered for high-value biologics, vaccines, and sterile injectable solutions packaged in nested ready-to-use (RTU) syringes (0.5 mL to 20 mL). Operating under an integrated Restricted Access Barrier System (RABS) or full isolator, the APS-60 uses multi-axis robotic arms for automated tub debagging, lid peeling, and nested filling.

All configurations
Confirms that the APS-60 design, as specified, meets the user requirement specification before manufacture begins.
GMP configurations
Documents that the machine is installed to drawing, connected to the specified utilities and calibrated.
GMP configurations
Challenges the machine across its operating ranges, alarms and interlocks to show it performs as specified.
Customer-executed; product-specific acceptance criteria
Executed by the customer with our support: three production runs with fill volume and closure integrity in limits; media fill support for aseptic lines.
All configurations; customer witnessing optional
Witnessed at our works before dispatch, so defects are corrected where the parts, tools and engineers are.
All configurations
Repeats the critical FAT checks at the customer site after installation and utility connection.
